Krzysztof Wierzchowski serves as a Senior Vice President of Franklin Templeton Services Business Transformation department and Board Member of Franklin Templeton Investments Poland Sp. z o.o. He leads the firm’s strategic initiatives and drives impactful structural changes across the organization. Krzysztof ensures that operational enhancements and process improvements align with long-term corporate goals while fostering innovation and efficiency. He also acts as a Site Head of Franklin Templeton Poznan office where he represents the company before local partners, vendors, and service providers and develops long-lasting relationships with local institutions as well as partnering with global leaders across multiple business lines to ensure consistent policies and providing advice on any business impacts resulting from local, environmental, and legislative changes.

Krzysztof has joined Franklin Templeton in 2012 and since then held several other roles within the organization, including Director of Global Trade Services and Vice President of Securities Services. In these positions, he was focused on the development and execution of strategies that optimized business performance leveraging the global resource pool. Krzysztof has also played a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with industry standards, representing Franklin Templeton at industry forums, such as the DTCC EMEA Advisory Council and InvestOps EMEA Advisory Board.

Earlier in his career, Krzysztof gained knowledge and experience, having worked in a multinational environment across different sectors in global financial organizations such as Legal & General and HSBC, where he contributed to operational improvements, financial management, and risk mitigation strategies.
