An enthusiastic visionary and true professional with more than 25 years of experience working with global organizations and start-ups, including some from the Silicon Valley. Member of international teams implementing global programs, e.g. Microsoft for nonprofits, Google for nonprofits and local innovative technological projects. As a European and Global HR director, she supported diverse international virtual teams working across several countries in Europe, Asia and the USA.
She has a long-standing practice of being an innovation leader, responsible for the development and implementation of strategies in the area of building the human capital and leading the organization through changes.
She has been  working in KIR since 2017. She is responsible for the development of employees, the creation of a creative working environment and for activities in scope of internal communication and employer branding. She also pursues her passions as the President of the Cyberium Foundation, recently she was involved in the globally innovative Blockchain Sandbox project.
