Bartosz Hetmański is an experienced IT Architect specializing in designing hybrid infrastructures that integrate data centers, cloud, and Managed Services. He is currently developing expertise in infrastructure environments for artificial intelligence (AI).
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Bartosz has successfully designed, implemented, and maintained solutions using HPE, Dell, Pure Storage, Oracle, and IBM technologies.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with various companies and startups across multiple sectors, including finance, telecommunications, healthcare, retail, and e-commerce. Bartosz has been working with Beyond.pl for more than four years.

Bartosz Sokalszczuk graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Łódź, and then completed his advocate training at the District Bar Council in Łódź. During his studies, he started working in one of the law firms in Łódź, which gives him nearly 20 years of experience in the legal profession.
He is an attorney specializing in commercial law, civil law and new technologies. He has many years of experience in supporting companies from the construction and development sector in their day-to-day operations. In his practice, he helped victims of crime and the victims, trying to change the world around him.
From the very beginning, he has been providing legal support to the MYSA FINANCE team.

Stefan Andonovski is a doctoral candidate at the “Justinian I” Faculty of Law in Skopje and a master’s degree in international relations at Johns Hopkins University in the USA.
Before his political engagement, he worked for five years in the business sector in Macedonia and is a consultant for international donor projects in the field of digital marketing, communications and media.
In the local elections in 2021, he was elected as a member of the Council of the City of Skopje. From January to June 2024, he holds the position of additional deputy of the Minister of Information Society and Administration in the Government for the organization of the 2024 parliamentary elections.
On June 23, 2024, he was elected as the Minister in the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
He has written papers and columns in domestic and international journals, focusing on international mediation and negotiations, as well as on constitutional reforms in post-conflict systems. He speaks Macedonian, English and Italian, and also speaks Greek and German.

Piotr has over 21 years of business and data center market experience in Polish and international organizations. Passionate about product innovation and business development of disruptive technologies, with specific expertise within thermal management (HVAC), industrialized construction and hyperscale data centers. Former Vertiv Global Innovation Office technology scout and CTO Office liaison for EMEA, responsible for the partnership with RI.SE (Research Institutes of Sweden), focused on innovation and research within data center field (fuel cells, immersion cooling, heat recovery, sustainability). Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for leading the design teams of numerous data centers in the EMEA region, including Beyond.pl Data Center 2 in Poznan, Poland.
Piotr’s in-depth knowledge of the industry, years of observation, and active work on challenging and complex infrastructure projects place him among the world’s leading experts in his field. From April 2024 he’s held the position of Managing Director of PLDCA (Polish Data Centre Association). Piotr completed his postgraduate studies, the “LEAD Business Program”, at Stanford GSB University.
