Tomasz Rychter is a technology leader with 15 years of experience in programming, IT consulting and engineering management.
Tomasz has a significant impact on the digital transformation landscape in the Polish public sector.
He has built one of the largest AI, UX and research teams in GovTech. As the Director of Innovation and Quality at Centralny Ośrodek Informatyki (COI), he has spearheaded initiatives that redefine how citizens interact with government services, from advancing the mObywatel app to building and adopting AI solutions.
He is the co-founder and CEO of the Digitality Centre of Excellence, an organization that delivers digital transformation projects with a current focus on the Balkan region.
